Graduate Certificate in Technical Leadership

The Graduate Certificate in Technical Leadership recognizes students who have developed a broad foundation in engineering leadership through a combination of academic coursework and experiential learning.

The curriculum is designed to develop capabilities across multiple dimensions of technical leadership — from leading teams and communicating effectively to implementing solutions, shaping organizations, and thinking strategically. To ensure graduates develop a well-rounded foundation, the certificate requirements emphasize both depth and breadth across the curriculum.
