Di Ye is a graduate program Lecturer at MIT Riccio Graduate Engineering Leadership Program (GradEL), a professional executive coach, and the founder of Zhennovate.

She is passionate about creating scalable and personalized ways of helping individuals and teams unlock their potential. 87% of organizations hire executive coaches to help their senior leaders break through limiting beliefs, adapt to turbulent times, and sustain high performance. Di believes that everyone deserves executive-level development and strives to democratize such access.

At GradEL, Di is part of the teaching staff for Leading Creative Teams. As part of the GradEL Residency Program, she works with companies to develop the next generation of engineering leaders equipped to lead breakthrough product development. Di also teaches the MIT community on how to thrive, lead, and innovate with coaching skills.

Di brings a combined background in engineering, product development, talent development, change management, and entrepreneurship. Previously at Microsoft Office, Di has led the design and development of software products such as OneNote, and driven engineering change initiatives as part of the agile and cloud transformation for enabling Office 365. A seasoned professional trainer and executive coach at Zhennovate, Di has provided career and leadership development training and 1:1 transformative coaching to leaders across non-profits, universities, companies and research institutions such as Microsoft, Boeing, Oracle, and Los Alamos National Lab. Di is an MIT alumna in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
